Perfekt s\u00e5 h\u00e4r p\u00e5 vintern innan v\u00e5rens prim\u00f6rer och sallad kan b\u00f6rja sk\u00f6rdas.<\/p>\n<p>Vi tipsar dig om att b\u00f6rja grodda t ex bovete eller mungb\u00f6nor f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngerna, eftersom de \u00e4r enkla att grodda och dessutom \u00e4r l\u00e4tta att anv\u00e4nda i m\u00e5nga r\u00e4tter. Bovetegroddarna fungerar bra som bas i smoothies, raw food-kakor liksom i vegetariska raw food-biffar och sallader.<\/p>\n<p>Grodda bovete s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ta fram en liten glasburk, som du diskar s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r helt ren. Sk\u00f6lj noga bort diskmedel s\u00e5 att det inte blir n\u00e5gra rester kvar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>2. L\u00e4gg de v\u00e4l avrunna groddfr\u00f6na i burken och t\u00e4ck med bomullsduk eller plastfilm (med h\u00e5l i), f\u00e4st bomullsduken eller plastfilmen med en gummisnodd.<\/p>\n<p>6. Efter ca 2 dagar b\u00f6rjar en svans sticka fram ur groddfr\u00f6et och n\u00e4r svansarna \u00e4r n\u00e5gra millimeter l\u00e5nga s\u00e5 \u00e4r groddarna f\u00e4rdiga. V\u00e4rmen i rummet avg\u00f6r hur l\u00e5ng tid det tar innan grodden \u00e4r f\u00e4rdig, sommartid g\u00e5r det snabbare och vintertid tar det lite l\u00e4ngre tid. Men vanligtvis tar det ca 2-3 dagar tills groddarna \u00e4r f\u00e4rdiga.
