Andas ut genom n\u00e4san en, tv\u00e5, tre, fyra. Upprepa \u00e5tta till tio g\u00e5nger.<\/p>\n<p>7. Avsluta med en l\u00e5ng inandning och k\u00e4nn hur axlarna sjunker ner ytterligare lite mer.
